At Ecupropi S.A.S. we protect your personal data in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP) and its regulations. This policy describes what data we process, for what purpose and which rights you may exercise.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
We process: (a) identification data (name, email), (b) the content of the message you send through the form, (c) minimal technical data from your browser (language, device) and (d) consent preferences. We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: reply to your enquiry, send you program information when authorized, comply with accounting and regulatory duties, and protect the security of the website. We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 7 LOPDP), on our legitimate interest in responding to your requests and on the fulfillment of legal obligations. You can withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effect.
5. Retention
We keep form data for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, unless a longer retention obligation applies. Consent records are kept for the period foreseen by LOPDP.
6. Recipients and transfers
We only share data with hosting, email and analytics providers under processing agreements. When there is an international transfer (for instance to providers in the EU or US) we apply standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and limitation by writing to privacy@ecupropi.com. If you believe your right has not been addressed, you may contact Ecuador's Data Protection Superintendency.
8. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access segregation, mandatory MFA for internal staff and audit logs. We review our information security program annually.
9. Changes
Any material change will be published on this page with the update date. When relevant, we will notify you through the contact channels you have provided.
